  • Temporary Road Closure at Joe W. Brown Park

    Temporarily CLOSED

    Please be advised that due to necessary bridge repairs, a portion of the roadway at Joe W. Brown Park will be temporarily closed. This closure allows for the safe passage of two-way traffic around the construction area & ensures the safety of park visitors and crews. The repairs are expected to take some time, and we will provide regular updates as the project progresses.

The New Orleans Recreation Development (NORD) Commission is seeking individuals, organizations, and other entities to partner with us for Summer 2027 programs. These partnerships support NORD Summer Camps serving:

Age Divisions

  • Youth: Ages 4–12
  • Teens: Ages 13–15
