Group Fitness Classes

Classes are available for all levels. All classes are ages 15+.
Ages 10-14 may attend with a parent/guardian. Click here for the modified schedule.

Intensity Levels

  • Beginner: Light

    Slow-paced introduction for those new to exercise
  • Intermediate: Moderate

    Slow-paced introduction for those new to exercise
  • Advanced: Vigorous

    High-intensity workouts for maximum calorie burn
  • Adaptive:

    Designed for individuals with special needs or populations seeking a safe and supportive environment
  • All levels:

    Open to everyone

Class Descriptions

  • Beginner & Advanced Kung Fu

    Intensity Level: Moderate

    Martial arts practice combining physical exercise, concentration, self-discipline, and unarmed combat techniques.

  • Sanda Kickboxing

    Intensity Level: Vigorous

    Full-contact Chinese boxing focusing on proper technique including strikes, elbows, knees, kicks, and throws.

  • Tai Chi

    Intensity Level: Beginner

    Slow, gentle movements and postures paired with controlled breathing. A meditative practice rooted in health promotion and rehabilitation.

  • Kung Fu Instructor Training

    Intensity Level: Vigorous

    Advanced training for participants interested in teaching Kung Fu techniques and principles.

  • Pilates

    Intensity Level: Moderate

    Low-intensity, core-focused exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. Bring a mat, towel, and water bottle.

  • Small Group Personal Training

    Intensity Level: Beginner

    Certified trainer-led sessions for 3–8 participants. Personalized instruction with the support and motivation of a small group.

  • Dance Cardio

    Intensity Level: Moderate

    Low-impact, high-energy cardio workouts set to hip-hop, rock, R&B, blues, and funk for active adults.
