Temporary Road Closure at Joe W. Brown Park

Temporarily CLOSED

Please be advised that due to necessary bridge repairs, a portion of the roadway at Joe W. Brown Park will be temporarily closed. This closure allows for the safe passage of two-way traffic around the construction area & ensures the safety of park visitors and crews. The repairs are expected to take some time, and we will provide regular updates as the project progresses.

The NORD Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that raises funds to support the activities of the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission. Individual and corporate donors may restrict their gift to a specific playground or program, or give funds to support NORD’s priority needs, such as athletic equipment and outfitting new recreation centers. Gifts in any amount are welcome.
